As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities: 1. **Identify Business Opportunities:** Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities for growth. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging markets. 2. **Build and Nurture Client Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and ensure exceptional customer service. 3. **Lead Generation and Outreach:** Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. 4. **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. 5. **Prepare Proposals and Presentations:** Create compelling business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs. Clearly articulate the value proposition of CADWORKS INDIA’s offerings. 6. **Negotiate Contracts:** Lead negotiations with clients to close deals successfully. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company goals. 7. **Achieve Revenue Targets:** Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the organization. 8. **Monitor Competitor Activities:** Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to ensure the company remains competitive. 9. **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients. 10. **Track and Report Metrics:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines. Provide regular updates to the management team on performance metrics. Key Requirements: - **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving targets. - **Education:** A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory. - **Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - **Technical Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and lead generation tools. - **Adaptability:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - **Self-Motivation:** A proactive and self-driven approach to work, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to the company’s growth.
